Spectrum, I have downloaded the trial version of HDTune but have not run it yet. I have received no more BSOD's since updating the Intel software and repairing the main disc.
OK, I scanned the disc (C:) and it did find issues and did a repair and a restart. I re-ran the check disc and no errors were found. Should I still check the RAM with memtest?

I uninstalled Zone Alarm Free Firewall but did not "restart" immediately. I received the same stop/restart NETIO.SYS blue screen. The good news is after 2 days from restarting, no Blue Screens!
Thank you lifetec for the analysis. I use AVG for virus protection and Zonealarm for my firewall. I will uninstall Zonealarm and turn on Windows firewall.
