The problem for me wasn't that default windows configuration... The problema was a feature in PowerToys, that have it's own option to locate the mouse pointer... and it's by default enabled...
So guys, I'm now on Windows 11, clean install, clean image... and still I can't disable this annoying setting that when I press CTRL it shows the pointer location, for someone who uses the computer...
