any updates on this with the latest win10 build?

Hi all,

im getn the same error and its really annoying, fresh install of win10pro 64bit, dell, all drivers/firmware updated288392.

it didnt fix the issue but thanks to fdegrove disabled Portable Device Enumerator Service and it appears to be gone now.

What will this affect if its disabled ?
