no ... one laptop is using AMD/NVIDIA hybrid gpu, meanwhile the other one using Intel UHD Gpu. they both have artifac in office and explorer.

Nope, i tried. i set to correct resolution 1360x786p. then i swith to "external only" it changed to 1280x720p and the dropdown option in display setting is grayed out.

I was tried to connect my laptop to Sharp 32" 768p trhu HDMI, and Windows 10 can't detect and change resolution when i set to "External DIsplay Only" mode. in other mode it works fine.
