Ok, I have just tried to make a bootable USB following your guides (diskpart and format=fat32) and then copyying Kyhi's recovery tools ISO into USB root. But .... nothing changed... same messages:

If you see the device in BIOS, then, as said by Samuria, you still have a hope.
If this is the case then you can use any Live Recovery CD, like Hiren Boot or similar, in order to format your drive...
