The current os is windows 10 pro .Fresh OS no antivirus installed . Just the windows defender and the firewall. And im upgrading to anniversary

now im in Windows 10 Pro Version 1511 All Drivers Updated Latest BIOS
Try To install from MediaCreation tool .

My BIOS is updated in latest .ok let me try to downgrade the bios . the battery removed

i installed windows 10 1511 and successful . only the anniversary update getting this problem

i also downloded that same stuck

The diagnostics result is ok . The Hdd is ok also . The ISO is from mediacreationtool . I downloaded many times .
