So I tried the rollback in big hopes that it will work, but the internet became even slower. I updated it back to the current one, and it gave me a restart prompt. I thought of it as good news, but...
I don't think it's either of these. I am not sure how to find Hyper-V but I tried in windows search and nothing came up except 'Turn Windows features on and off'. I checked in there and there was no...
I had to do a fresh install because of a windows update glitch and now my internet speed went from 80-90mbps down and 15mbps up to 12 down and 6 up. I have updated all my internet drivers through...
Can anyone reply?
I can’t even reset the PC, what do I do?
Does no one know how to fix this? Do I have to reset my computer?
As soon as I open the desktop, it opens 4-5 folders per second along with a cmd window and doesn’t stop until it freezes up and I need to sign out, restart or shutdown through ctrl+alt+del
I did try that, I thought it was a key stuck, but no.
I was cleaning my PC and turned it off beforehand. After cleaning it, I turned it back on and logged in to find that file explorer keeps opening, no matter what I do. I tried safe mode, sfc/scannow...
Alright guys, thank you for the answers and all the help. I found a solution. I messed around with the adapter options and put the wireless mode on IEEE 802.11a/n strictly. It no longer shows...
Also, using the 5Ghz is worse than 2.4 for me, since the router isn't in my room. it's 5 meters away through a wall.
My PC is fine, there's no problem with that. It runs everything smooth as ever. It's only the internet connection that's the problem. And it's safe to say, I just played an online game, and the phone...

Ok I guess no one wants to help
...........
I don't think so? I don't quite know what you mean by that.
This has only been happening for about 4-5 days. I've had this PC since December and nothing like this has happened before. My router is AC yes, and the devices are 3-4, depending.
Like the title says, my internet connection has been freezing constantly and I haven't been able to fix it through the basic Device Manager options. It's only this PC that gets this problem, my phone...
Thanks, I'll keep it in mind. I put my CPU and GPU up 100 MHz and everything is running a bit better, I think.
Thanks, I'll try overclocking it more than what I have. I was asking this because I noticed really weird framerate drops on old games like GTA IV, which I didn't even have on high or ultra settings.
Hi everyone!
I am looking for some advice to optimize my PC to its full potential. Any tips on software and hardware tweaks are welcome. My specs are listed in the bottom-left tab of this post. I...
