I am running GW2 with the following rig -
CPU: i5-4460
Motherboard: ASUS H81M-PLUS
Memory: Team Elite Plus 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600...
Yeh already tried, I've even tried old drivers, beta drivers and nothing seems to work
Would love to say it worked but the task manager wouldn't open

Update: PC runs as normal with old GPU (GTX 750 Ti).
I have my old graphics card I could give it a go, I don't have any other systems available to try my current GPU in. My thoughts are aligned with yours though, I can't see it being anything else..

Update: Attempted to boot from rescue ISO several times, and came across the same issue (notably this was only after I left it powered down for a little while, it booted perfectly if I immediately...
BIOS is up to date, will give rescue a go once downloaded
I attempted to update bios but in all honesty I'm not sure if I've done it correctly.
I'm downloading the ISO at the moment, I assume if it boots correctly then it's safe to assume its a h/w issue...
I just swapped it today in fact, and it seems unrelated as the same issue occured!
Update: Tried old graphics card and same problem occurs.
Note: On successful attempts for booting my Keyboard and Mouse light up before the splash screen, but do not on unsuccessful boots.

No Luck!! :( It seems to now be booting on the second attempt but the sample is obviously quite low at the moment. But was due a clean install anyway :P

It was enabled to begin with, but i changed it as an attempt to fix this very issue :P to no avail as it still showed the same issue
