Alright this is weird the bluetooth is back but the bad thing is it cuts out however once I press the windows button it comes back on sometimes and sometimes I just have to reinstall the mouse driver...

Okay I'm very sorry for the late reply, I tried to install drivers but on the Intel download center page there is only bluetooth software and Intel wireless Pro/set drivers for my wireless card...

I think it's related to the USB problem somehow because I have the "unknown usb device (device descriptor failed)" thing in device manager as well.
