Some menu items in Outlook(and also other) programs are in english+the lang.the computer was in before.
I want only english.

There are couple other URLs which get blocked also.
Viru and malware scanned.

used Norton uninstall tool...no success

Don't have Norton at all;)...never installed.

No matter what browser I use Norton connect safe blocks google.com.
Disabling ESET or Windows firewall brings no solution.
