Update- It was the RAM module. It was faulty. Got it RMA'ed and my PC works flawlessly! Kudos!

I've reset BIOS but have disabled Core boost performance as it shoots CPU voltage to 1.4ish. Everything is stock and I've uninstalled display driver too.

Update- Had a BSOD. The problem persists :( . I'll follow the instructions.
PS- I get this error before Critical 41 (63) pops up followed by a BSOD.

I disabled windows update from the settings. Windows does not check for updates until I tell it to.
I plan to upgrade now as my issue "seems" to be resolved. I'd like to wait for 2-3 days...
Hello Gurus. Upping the Vsoc voltage to 1.25 and clocking the igpu to 1240Mhz and setting GPU VID voltage 1.25V seems to have solved the problem. I get no BSOD's after doing this.
