SoftPerfect Ramdisk was the first product I tried and everything was OK until my machine BSOD'd while rebooting so off it went. I've been using ImDisk for several weeks and it's been problem-free.

That's good to know. I just installed it on an older Windows 10 machine; it does what I want and it doesn't cause BSODs! I think this is a keeper.
