Strange thing , no I have a valid license from microsoft

i "ve been running like this for 4 years i think , i messed up the windows with cleaning the registry , so a fresh install will revive the system. i will make time to do that

the problem is nothing to do with piracy
i get it , when you don"t have the solution , you blame the piracy
i will format hdd and reinstall windows , and the life will go on

I don"t know hot to use the software , after I download I open the soft and it shows a Cmd windows and after I click ok to trial user the cmd window it close

now Ihave 15 updates ( for office silverlight security )and it stuck at 0% , I am tired with this .

it came this update to my computer but it say " Downloading updates 0% " and it s stuck at 0% . My network is fine , i disabled the antivirus , still the same problem. Any idees?
