    Thanks- turns out it was the 2 legacy IDE drives...

    Thanks- turns out it was the 2 legacy IDE drives I had installed - unplugged them & within 20 minutes Win 7 was re-installed!

    Back on SP1 now so will attempt upgrade back to Win 10 this evening.
