after going through literally everything in my computer i decided to start inspecting my TV started sitting here listening to music while...

grabbed a SS of DxDiag if this can help in any capacity

reinstalled graphics drivers, changed nothing still stuck
changed HMDI ports didnt fix the issue either.
restarted the machine with nothing connected to it turned off both screens then plugged only...

all my drivers are updated. my refresh is still locked at 30hz and trying to display 3D still. restarting doesnt fix anything. been trying to figure out how to disable it from changing primary...

oh yes my bad my GPU is a R9 390 nitro and my Crimson software is at 16.11 as it says is the latest
