Looks like 25.20.100.6577 as of 2/25/2019 is no longer a BETA driver but now the released driver.
It is a holiday here in the states so no one at MS to update MUC.
The 382.36 is a beta update. The only way you get them is to have the option checked in GeForce Experience program. That version could not have come from MUC.
Version 8147 is on Softpedia and it looks like it is both 32 and 64 bit version. Give it a try.
Also version 8125 is posted on Softpedia. It is a zip file but when unzipped there is a setup file to run the install.

The version number as shown in the device manager for desktop PC's is 21.21.13.7892. The first page should be corrected.
Realtek update 6.0.1.8073 is for Windows Anniversary Update 64 bit only on MUC.
The release date for R2.81 of the realtek software needs to be changed to Jan. 13, 2017. I just today noticed this error.
The new Realtek cab file for version 8040 worked for me also. The install was relatively painless.
I did unzip the cab file from MUC and no success in getting it to install. I did the same with file on softpedia website and no success either. I believe that there something wrong with the cab...

The latest Realtek HD Driver release is also part of their release of version R2.80. It is available at the Realtek site on the first page of this thread.
