Just as an update to this thread, I never did get this to work and I guess it was a blessing I had to replace the fan in my notebook and noticed that a Seagate hard drive was installed...

when I installed windows 10 it deleted the SWSETUP file. I guess I will have to reinstall Win 8 again and see if I can fix this issue. Thank you so much for all your help. I will mark this topic...

Anyhow, after not installing KB3211320 only downloaded KB3119986 and doing a reset, the system fixed the error (FOR NOW) it is no longer showing a pending service and I have 2 services listed instead...

Where do you see that it is showing PRO? I am 99.5% sure I never downloaded PRO But.... I checked my machine and it is showing as Windows 10 core edition - in settings it shows Windows Home.
