Even i turning off "Show recently opened in Jump Lists or the taskbar" options on Setting my recently opened files, pictures, videos still showing when i right click the icon on taskbar....

Okey i found it guys.
If anyone know there is a program called "Wallpaper Engine" this programs changing my settings. When i disabled program my setting will be working like what i wanted.
