Right, I've just uninstalled through device manager. Disconnected from the Internet and rebooted. Tried updating to latest Realtek drivers again and it gives me this:

Not entirely sure tbh mate. Could disconnect from internet and find out?
So what's the correct way to uninstall these sounds drivers? - without going overboard and installing other software..

It does, and re-installs drivers with a Realtek label attached.
I'm really confused now. What should I do? Am I up to date or should I try and completely uninstall these things again, let Windows...

Yes, this makes sense although I'm still a little confused. There's even a link to Realtek Audio drivers on the Dell driver support page, and as mentioned, they failed as well:

I've basically spent the whole day looking for a solution (which I still don't think I have), so figured I'd try my luck here.
The trackpad/touchpad (mouse cursor) on the Dell XPS 13...
It's weird because I thought I'd uninstalled it from the programs menu AND through device manager.. Same with my video card which says it's up to date even though I'm not so sure.

No I did it manually and browsed to the extracted folder (as on first page).
Says I had the latest driver and am up to date! :huh:
