thanks for info, i did the same uninstall and reinstall and version 16.8.04 was installed not what you have vrsion 16.8.1.0
drivermax tells me 16.8.04 is te latest version, please could you add...
i installed drivermax and is telling me that the 57xx driver is up to date driver version is 16.8.04

try to find latest driver for your bluetooth adapter
so installing t 64bits Win8.1 drivers from your link did the trick?
use only all drivers that cant hurt , if you select them for Windows 8.1 and proper 32 or 64 bits selection depending of version you have , nu utilities or bios

yes use only the drivers of the link you provided for windows 8.1 32 or 64bits , that are the latest drivers for windows 8.1 and i guess they will work als for Windows 10
