well,
i've tried this route as mentioned above
2.36GB pagefile is created on the RAM disk but when MyBook is connected gives code 10.

This HDD seems to need pagefile for some reason, but since it's Win10XPE or similar environment things might not be straightforward.
I've tried to set pagefie in Win10XPE but got the same message...
