I've decided to go DRASTIC and I installed complete clean Win10 on both of these PCs then fully updated. NOW..I can't even see the shares.

Just an update, the hosts file completely solved the issue and allowed me to continue using the old name. So for anyone else having the problem - try that =D

Turns out the command did NOT work. It fixes it temp but it breaks again with my original name...so I have to rename it and leave it with the new name.

Another site mentioned using the IP instead...I did so and now the IP and Server name is listed...

However the IP works but the FILESERVER name does not...so it deems it's something to do with...

When I turn on Password it does not ask me to setup a name/pw... so when I try to login I have no login info?

I looked at the Autodisconnect and did not have that Registry setting in there, but I had one that said "EnableForcedLogoff" and it was enabled (1)

I set the items to Automatic instead of Delayed..but I also set IPv4 of IPv6.
