I've got 4 PC's I built myself and 1 has 8GB and the other 3 have 16GB and they all run great on the latest Win 10 and I can't tell any difference from the 8 to 16 PC's.....And this is non-gaming...
I would try another browser like Brave and go from there.....Let us know if you figure this out.
Yeah this is the way I have always done it myself......Once you know the steps it's really simple and easy.....Everything is in the DCIM folder.

I currently use Brave & Comodo Dragon (The chromium version) and am very happy with either one.
I use WD full time with stock firewall and as a second opinion I use on demand malwarebytes.

Ok everybody my problem has been solved ......And it was simplewall still blocking everything on my PC.....So I installed it again and disabled the filters then installed Comodo then uninstalled...
So to do what you posted Fabler2 I have to re-install simplewall...Correct....Otherwise how do I use "simplewall.exe / unistall ....Is this correct ?
I'm going to stick with Comodo.....I think my problem is Simplewall and I'm going to try and uninstall it again first.
