Are there any why to have all the update for the windows 10 on usb to update it offline on several pcs?

When I use the usb
It extracts the file and then nothing happen for looong time
So I need a platform to install the windows
Even if I will chose clean installation

i do not have this option
i did not reach the point that i can chose from clean install or something else
