    tried the latest patch tuesday update (KB5019959)...

    tried the latest patch tuesday update (KB5019959) and i get the same error code 0x80073701.

    (KB5020694) 2022-11 .net framework installs fine.

    Tried install this update, get the above error.

    I have tried sfc /scannow and DISM, and downloading manually via windows catalog with no change.
