The two ports in question I use also for running my laptop cooler fan while I am gaming as well as my mouse, and that never has a problem. If you mean power to the ports that is?

They work fine in the browser. Issue is only with Thunderbird.

That was the default installation and that is how they were installed. They worked fine until the Windows 10 Anniversary Update.

Ever since the Windows 10 Anniversary Update my Thunderbird is a hit and miss for email. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. When it checks for new email, often it says it cannot connect....

Both Arc and Steam are on the allow program list in my firewall program. I even temporarily turned off my firewall and tried to boot Arc and it still wouldn't connect.

I have not been able to boot my MMORPG online game platforms ARC and Steam after the Windows 10 anniversary update. :mad:
