Looks like i have found somewhat of an solution. In the Controlpanel there are some troubleshootings that seemed to fix it.

Stil stuck with a nonfuncional Start Menu, Search, Settings (or any metro apps for that matter), Internet Connection in the taskbar and message tab or whatever its called in english.

Looks like it finally started working :) Its done now and the computer is running Windows 10 Home.
