So then I would just download the ISO file for Windows 10 Home in my case, mount it, and then run the setup? I also have Windows 7 SP1
Would it be ok to obtain it from here?...
But will it be activated this time around? Will the 2nd time I use it be the charm? That's what I want to know. That is the tool that I used from the beginning to upgrade from Windows 7.
What I...
I want the upgrade. I just want the peace of mind though of knowing that Windows is permanently activated just like my windows 7 is. So like how do I make it so that I can upgrade through the upgrade...
Well I don't not want to be able to get the upgrade again...I definitely want it. I wanna know how to just upgrade through that get win 10 thing, and have it activate succesfully.

No problem Atomcrusher! :)
I have the solution. All you have to do is right click on the taskbar and then click on the 'Properties' selection. Then under the taskbar tab, all you have to do is uncheck "Use small taskbar icons"...
Oh alright haha :)
It's not IE, it's Edge. Also I have task manager pinned to my taskbar.
Clearing temp files solved this.
Apparently, other people have gotten this same page, so it's not just me. Microsoft Edge Stuck in a Loop - Microsoft Community
It's not....the browser itself is just stuck on that page.
So I was browsing a website, and I went to click on something, and I got this annoying url popup with a page that displays a blue screen, and a voice that tells me I have a virus and to call a...
Same.
Scanning and repairing drive C happened to do the trick. :) Now I can use my laptop again like nothing happened, and quite frankly, that's good enough for me honestly. I rarely use my laptop that...
Ok.
It's not like a bad click, it's just the standard read sound.
