Same cpu across the board. I've never had a bad cpu and this one registers in bios. I might be the issue but I highly doubt it.

So i checked in BIOS to see if Intel VT-x was supported and it is. I then made sure that "Execute Disable Bit" was enabled. I changed some other things around that should be disabled like Fast boot....
