Started thinking about that after I posted, and yes, probably didn't reformat the hybrid to GPT.
However, what could have happened to the SSD? It was in GPT format before the first W10...

My specs were not quite correct - OS is W10 64bit Home Premium. From what I have gleaned from the net, those Pro options are not available to Home users, but I could be wrong.
