After logging out from Microsoft account and logging in to a local account, no luck.

Regarding the post #20, I do not have a "Local account" there. I have my email address (Hotmail).

This is my only main account. I can open other software as an Administrator fine.

No need to reboot if I cannot untick the relevant boxes.

Still no luck.

I have run Autoruns with and without administrative privileges. No luck.

I have selected the NT Authority\system and my username from there. No luck.

I have tried Blink's guide, everything from here but I still cannot disable these services and Defender service is still the biggest memory eater when no user installed application is opened.

It is already turned off.

Changing the attached options in Autoruns give the error "Error changing item state: Access is denied" even in Administrator mode.
