I did.......but the ones I found taught me how to use msft paint and other common products to select an animated head, select a hair color etc........it was more like a drawing than a realistic...

How do you create the cartoonish looking profle pics you see in chat forums etc?

I assume you paste a pic of yourself to a program and then it creates one for you but I have not found it.
