Bump. Been a whole day trying all the things I could and I retried the shift+restart combo, for some reason I held it for longer than the other tries and it for me to the trubleshooting screen, now...

The screen that I get is the one with the beautiful photos they put and without anything on it but a menu in bottom right...

I can't do that because when I start windows it stops in the screen that has a photo like when you suspend your session, and can do nothing.
