Clean install or an upgrade? If it's clean you didn't have the SB drivers there for Windows to complain about...

I have the AE-5 also, did you disconnect it before installing 1903??

It seems to indicate that the Sound Blaster won't work with the update. Should I risk uninstalling it to get 1903 to find out whether I can install it afterwards?
