The ability for Windows to see multiple partitions on a USB was added in version 1703. Prior to that you could create them with Diskpart, but Windows would only recognise the first partition.

That's not strictly true, disk management can create a second partition to gain access to the rest of the usb, beyond that first 32GB partition.

Run the *.paf.exe file. This just unpacks LibreOffice Portable to a folder. It's this folder that can be copied to your drive and where you'll find the LibreOfficePortable.exe.

Seems MemTest 86+ is a Linux executable. The boot USB made by the MemTest86+ installer has Syslinux on it.

I think you'll find it does, but you can easily test that for yourself. Just use this command on the original before imaging it and again on the restored partition.

A common misconception. Even with intelligent sector copy Macrium only defrags on the fly if you ask it to shrink the partition as it restores it. Otherwise it preserves the cluster layout.
