They remote controlled my system and gave me a new product key.
After I upgraded my Processor, CPU, and RAM I just opened the Contact Support app and they typed in a different product key and it worked.
Did you enable virtualization in your bios? (If it's just lag try this: droid4x simulator-best mobile experience on desktop )
I figured it out, the key mentioned in this article was the one causing the problem so I deleted it and it works now.
