hello, i have gotten 2-3 bsods today, out of nowhere, all with the same bsod error, driver_irq_not_less_or_equal caused by ntoskrnl.exe, could anyone help me figure out what is causing it?, it hasn't...

the service is infact running, i have posted on multiple forums and it seems that nothing seems to fix the issue, hopefully i don't need to reinstall Windows

also, this happened when attempting to reinstall default windows 10 apps using the link you gave me as a reference.

you may have to do a Window's Reset through recovery, or revert back to a previous build, i had this issue also, also, try to boot into safe mode and see if you can reinstall your video card/display...
