It's an old MB (Z68).
For some reason the SATA mode was set as IDE on BIOS. Changed to AHCI and now it is working.
Thanks to all.
On my MB, the M.2 shares the PCIe lane with SATA 5 (last out of 0, 1, ...5) so when one is in use, the other can't be.
You should read the MB manual

Are you overclocking?
Why, on OpenHardwareMonitor it isn't showing the minimum column?
The front panel female USB connectors should be connected to the MB USB headers by a cable so there should be no issues.
Can only think of corrosion on the contacts on the MB USB headers. Spray a...
Is the CPU fan running properly?
Why is memory almost all being used (99.8%)?
Is virtual memory enabled?

sfleury, did you succeeded in upgrading to Win 11?
gabrielsmit did you run CrystalDiskInfo?
Good job. You automated the instructions I posted above. You only didn't give the last partition (Data) the label.
Leave the 1T drive where it is now

So you did a clean install not to a unallocated space but on a configured partition.
Check if you have WinRE.wim on C:\Windows\System32\Recovery
Just create the partitions and I will instruct how to load the boot manager on the System partition and create a recovery environment on the Recovery partition.

The issues you're facing are related to a non standard installation. In this case you can't complain against M$.
I hope you disabled the recovery environment on the Recovery partition (reagentc...
In my opinion, good thermal paste never needs to be replaced.
Try to find a Asus S530FA service manual.
Open the back cover. My Asus has tork screws so you may need small tork screwdriver.
Try to...
