Partition letters are assigned by the OS. If drive 1 has no Windows on any partition you can delete the partition.

What do you want to do?

Open a CMD window as administrator and type:
diskpart
list vol
exit

The boot device is disk 0 partition 1 (Windows partition)
The boot manager is on the System partition (Disk 1 partition 1)

I suggested on post 8 to do a clean install as UEFI-GPT. All partitions will be on the correct sequence

Once again, a boot able GPT drive needs a EFI partition.

It is because the OS is in one drive and the boot manager on another.

Don't just convert the drive to GPT with other software or it won't boot.

Your disks are a big mess.
If you do a clean install on a drive with another drive that has Windows it will install the OS in the drive but use the drive that has Windows as the boot manager.

I did test the two drives: the system (SSD) and data (HDD) drives. I ran chkdsk x: /f and run Crystal disk info. No problems found.
