I was reading the manual again, and it looks like the dimm slots in my motherboard only support up to 4gb, and I have 1 8gb card in there. I'm thinking that's probably the cause of the memory issues....

Sorry it took so long to reply, had to run some errands. Ran option 7 and it cam back with "couldn't find any integrity violations."
Ok I ran Image health, option 1 and it came up with no corruption or missing files or anything.
Step 2 says to right click Image Health and click unblock in properties, but I don't see a block/unblock option.
