I started using a different client.

No problems.

It was uTorrent.

Updating uTorrent did nothing. Trying compatibility mode.

"BSODs are ALWAYS ALWAYS caused by other stuff. uTorrent is a user level application. It can NEVER be the root cause of a BSOD due to the layering in modern operating systems."

I asked them and they're saying that it can't be uTorrent.

So far downloading off of Steam is not causing a BSOD error. What kind of settings can I do to possibly remedy the situation?

I actually am not sure. Let me check.

Okay I am positive that this is happening anytime uTorrent is running.

My driver is up to date.

It was another thread exception not handled BSOD.

Also, is disabling those programs on startup enough or is there a way to remove them from the startup altogether?

If I remove the ASUS WLAN Driver though, won't it render my wifi inoperable?

Should I just completely remove all ASUS and Gigabyte software? What items should I remove from the startup?

I've removed the file for now until I figure this out.

I uninstalled the offending programs and removed them from the host file. Does it not show that?
