Ok, I think I got it changed. Didn't realize it was restricted.

This is a old thread I bumped because I'm still having the same issue. I cannot return it. I couldn't return it when I posted this.
I remember now that my display adapter causes my BSOD. If I disable it then it stops the crashes but it causes me to not be able to do things like put my computer to sleep. I don't understand.

If I disable the display adapter drive then my computer doesn't crash but the moment I enable it then it crashes. I have no idea why. It's a pretty annoying problem.
Yeah, I did that once before but I don't believe I ever received a response after I posted my info log or whatever it's called.
I think I got things fixed. I used the info you gave me and the info in another thread to download a new copy of version 1909 and installed it and then did three small updates without any issues. All...
BTW, I should also mention I attempted to do the windows reset thing and it said the process couldn't be completed.
Here's the image from the latest SFC Scan I just did showing that it says there...
Hello all, I haven't been able to successfully update my computer for a few months now because with every new update I get the error code 0x800f081f. Google searches tell me that it's because I don't...
Alright, here is my collection log.

Alright, I'm not sure exactly where I should post this because I know what is causing my BSOD, I just don't know how to fix it.
I got this laptop in February and then around June or July I started...
Hey guys!! I've been here for a number of years, but have never posted a ton, but I wanted to reach out because I've got a lot of personal stuff going on. My mom's boyfriend Willie has cancer and...
Recently I've noticed that a few of webpages that I visit in Firefox show up weird. I don't know why. I open the same page in Microsoft Edge and it appears correct. I've cleared my cookies, cache,...
Thank you!!
It's all centered. I highlighted the rows and centered them when I created the workbook way back when. But then every now and then when I type in insert a new row (which is supposed to assume the...
Another update, it just recently started doing this. It doesn't do it all the time. Sometimes within the same workbook on the same page on the same row it will do it on like cell C but not A. It...
No. It doesn't always do that though. That's why it's so annoying when it does. If I have something in a center alignment and type in it then it stays in a center alignment. It's annoying when it...
Alright folks, I don't know why this is happening but here's the problem. If I insert a new row in Excel is takes the format of the other cells in that row just like I want it to, except when I go to...
I'm thinking it has to be Iobit changing something now that you've mentioned it. Thankfully it's something that I've done a few times now so I know exactly where to find it in the settings and how to...
No, I don't use any of those programs. The only programs I use are MalwareBytes and every now and then Iobit programs such as their powerful uninstall.
Can anyone explain to me why the show paste options button in Excel 2016 somehow keeps getting unchecked?

I use auto-fill a ton in Excel but it doesn't work if the show paste options...
I got it fixed. I had to go in and completely delete Firefox, do a run through of a couple of malware programs and restart my computer. Reinstalled a fresh version of Firefox and problem solved.
Well, I refreshed Firefox and that didn't fix my issue. I still have to restart videos to hear the sound.
Alright, it doesn't seem to be an issue in Chrome, so that means it's a Firefox issue. I'm going to try resetting Firefox and seeing if that fix's the problem.
