As the title says. I just did the SR1 update and my Realtek PCIe controller is working again. Those of you with ethernet connectivity issues do the update reboot, reboot again and post your findings.

The big update for Windows 10 today (SR1) appears to have resolved the issue.

Put your laptop to sleep and see if your connection is stable once you resume from sleep. Mine is fine until the laptop goes to sleep.

I just upgraded my other laptop to Windows 10 that has a Qualcomm 8131 onboard ethernet and it works just fine so this is clearly a driver issue with Realtek. Lets just hope a new driver is released...

I believe I may have resolved the issue for Realtek PCIe GBE cards, just disable energy efficiency and green ethernet settings in the advanced settings of the properties section.
