what i'm doing is installing updates and uninstall KB3194798 and disable update in the register and service.
System need (KB3194798 W10) install...before any future cumulative update will be install (W7,W8.1,W10)...this was intended!!...with the roadblock in place, Microsoft can continue with their roadmap...
These KB are bugging me...KB3194798 W10....KB3185330 W7 are right one...I think auto search suggestions, and search history are "hidden" in the IE browser, just waiting for a switch to be turn...
