Using it for days, until microsoft release an update to fix this problem is much better for me than having a blurry fonts and windows!

I solved it after searching... by running CMD as an administrator and using the following commands to restart the Windows Update service.

Stopping Windows Update...

net stop wuauserv
Then...

After upgrading to Windows 10 from Windows 8.1 downloading the updates freeze at 80%...
I kept restarting the laptop several times, signing in and out.. and it still at 80% and not moving!

I had that problem before when I upgraded to Windows 8.1, and I fixed it by changing the scaling options to "Let me choose one scaling level for all my displays" and changing...

Yes! that was only solution for windows 8.1 fuzzy fonts!
