I am installing it, it was at 75% then just black screen with no re boot, should I turn it off and on? Or wait?

Do you recommend me to shut down my laptop or to wait in the black screen ?

Hello i have windows 7 and i am updating it, it was around 54 percen and it re booted, then black screen with no cursor for 2hours and nothing.
What should I do?
