Thank you for making that file available. I tried deleting all the keys in the Lock Screen folder, importing those you provided, and rebooting. Sadly, still no luck. Did not seem to change anything...

I tried many different things with the registry entries including creating a new user and using those. Also tried what wpmartins2803 mentioned...that value did not exist, but I added to try it...

Did you have any keys in that location before adding what it mentions? I took a look at mine and I already have all those keys...but they are set for different values. I am hesitant on changing them...

Oh, one more thing in case it was part of the cause. I found the properties of the picture I was trying to use said it was blocked due to being from another computer....I checked the box to unblock...

Further notes for reference: I am not on a domain. I am the only user (and admin) on my PC. No group policies and such set.

Tried opening the Photos App first. It doesn't error doing it that way, but the lock screen doesn't actually change. Lock screen customization screen still blank.
