I think you can hide the update from Windows Update like in pre-win10 versions. I am considering doing an in place upgrade using the GetWindows10-sds file. Maybe it will fix it?
I had no issues downloading nor installing the update. But after successfully installing the update my explorer.exe refuses to start. My OS language is Norwegian Win 10 Pro 64-bit. Latest updates...
