    Default File Type Associations - Restore in Windows 10

    This has not worked. I even tried option 1 to reset all DefaultApp settings. Nothing has changed.
    Here is what I see when I right-click on a folder...

    Default Folder Context Action

    When I right-click on any folder, the default action is currently CMD. It used to be OPEN and that is what I want to restore it to, so that when I double-click on the folder, the folder is opened....
