Is there any difference between creating a bootable Windows 10 USB drive with Microsoft's Media Creation Tool and downloading MSDN's Windows 10 ISO to manually create a bootable USB drive with it?
Maybe setting 'Feedback frequency' to Never disables that function. If it does, you'd think the 'Diagnostic and usage data' menu should be grayed-out.
Is there a Group Policy option (or something easier) that can disable 'Diagnostic and usage data' (in Privacy>Feedback & diagnostics section) as the lowest setting from the menu is Basic?
